Ja akurat tak nie robię, ale jak sie dobrze zastanowić, to niektórzy fotografowie maja w ofercie sesje do PF za określone pieniądze - tu ceny są rózne... od 200 do kwot czterocyfrowych.

W tym kontekście - szczególnie gdy dotyczy to początkujących modelek - mozna taki układ uznać za uczciwy. Sam sie zastanawiam, czy nie zastosować

Ja wykonuję takie sesje. Często proponuję je modelkom( klientkom) które już wykonywały u mnie sesje. Wykonuję im sesję za darmo, za którą musiałyby w normalnych warunkach zapłacić ponad 400zł. Oddaję im 10-20 odbitek 15x23cm plus płytę. W zamian podpisujemy umowę uniwersalny MR. Modelka wcześniej jest informowana o warunkach sesji i jeśli zna jej wartość uważa to za uczciwą propozycję.
Druga sprawa to wykonuję taką sesję bez założenia typowo stockowych zdjęć. Wybieram kilka ujęć z takiej sesji i wystawiam na sprzedaż. Stylizację również uzgadniamy wspólnie z modelką.

muszę przyznać, że niektóre przykłady mocno absurdalne.
Zdjęcie dziecka, odwróconego tyłem, w oddali, zupełnie niemożliwe do zidentyfikowania wymaga MR bo dziecko jest 'main subject'. Trochę na wyrost, no ale to nie ja ustalam reguły.

Zrobiłam sama sobie zdjęcia, który z podanych tu wzorów Model Release będzie najbardziej odpowiedni?
Druga sprawa, to czy przy wypisywaniu sobie samemu umowy Model Release muszę też mieć świadka?

Czy np. wzór MR z postu #68 ( http://stock-board.info/watek-zdjecia-lu...2#pid16112 ) będzie dobry?

Model Release

For good and valuable Consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by signing this release I hereby give the Photographer and Assigns my permission to license the Images and to use the Images In any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. Dzięki, wysyłam okrojoną wersję tego RM, tzn. wycięłam to o czym pisałam na poprzedniej stronie. Zobaczymy, czy przejdzie.
Na Fotoloi już mam wstawione, teraz muszę rozszyfrować jak na 123RF się wstawia tą licencje.
