Zastanawia mnie tylko na jakich zasadach Shutterstock udostępnił zdjęcia firmie trzeciej do trenowania algorytmów, czy mogli sobie bez zgody twórcy wziąć dowolne zdjęcia nabywając np. licencję Other, czy musieli jednak wcześniej wykupić całe portfolio wybranego twórcy, bo były w tym roku takie akcje. Będzie to widać po wypłacie za Q4 2022 lub jej braku.

W każdym razie w przyszłości będzie można się wypisać z tego złodziejskiego planu i nie udostępniać swojego portfolio do trenowania AI.
