We are extremely sorry that you have decided to terminate your account on our site and we were wondering if there is anything we can do to solve whatever dissatisfaction you might have had with Dreamstime.
Regarding your account closure we provide the following information:
You can disable all files approved more than six months ago at any time. You are allowed to disable 30% of files approved in the recent six months however 70% must be kept online for six months from their approval date. You can disable each of your remaining 70% after the six months pass. All files will remain in our offline database until all liabilities concerning them are cleared off. Once files are disabled, nobody but you and admin. members is able to view/access them.

To disable files, please go to your Management Area, Online files http://www.dreamstime.com/onlinefiles.php
, edit the images and see the disabling button the image details page.
We do not make any exception regarding the account closure rules.
Once you no longer have images online, you can suspend the account from the public site from Management Area/Edit profile button. We cannot delete the account as we need to keep records of all activities performed on our site.
Please note that payments cannot be requested until the balance reaches $100.
