Wracając do tematu wątku dostałem mailową odpowiedź w tym samym klimacie:

Please note that there was no profit made by Dreamstime for these downloads.
The entire transaction had to be refunded. The investigation performed concluded that the credit card used to make this purchase was used fraudulently.
The refund in whole is mandatory and legally required for this type of transaction.
Dreamstime does have the latest and strictest security in place to prevent this type of fraud. However, there is no system in the world that can detect this if the thief has all the card holder's real details.
In regards to the downloads not showing on your account, this is
because our fraud dept. detects this so quickly at times, the download is almost immediately removed.
