W którym miejscu jest opcja Opt-in/Opt-out(programu partnerskiego) - nie widzę u siebie

Napisałem maila do adminów z prośba o pomoc:

1. I can not find in my account in "Control Panel". How do I set the option for :
New Artist's Supply Agreement and Partner Program Opt-In ?

2. How do I set the option for : "Allowing the sale of prints."
