Jest już o tym burza na forum SS, czy też microstockgroup. Napisałem maila z zapytaniem do SS, mówiąc że jestem z Polski i płace podatki w moim kraju. Oto odpowiedź która otrzymałem:

According to U.S. tax law, Shutterstock must file a 1099 form with the IRS
reflecting your payments from Shutterstock in 2008. You will receive a copy of the 1099 form as well. In order to properly comply with the law, we need you to start the process by filling out the W-9 form:

After printing, filling out, and signing the W-9 form, please fax it to
347-626-2455. You must clearly label it with your Shutterstock Submitter ID#84.
If you prefer, you may scan the document and email it to Aisia Williams at

If you must use postal mail instead of fax or email, please mail the form to
us
as soon as possible.
