Mam problem, mój angielski legnie, nie jestem w stanie tego zupełnie przetłumaczyć:

files illegible when they were uploaded.
If you are experiencing an issue uploading your passport ID as a PDF or as a
TIFF file, ****please try submitting your file as a JPG.
Also, if you live in a country other than the country of your citizenship,
please also provide a government issued ID from your country of residence. If
you need to provide both forms of documentation, you may simply scan both
documents to one file and submit that file for review and approval."
Najpierw wysłałam dowód, to było im źle, następnie paszport, dalej nie pasiło, zapytałam więc co nie tak z moimi ID... to się rozpisali a ja nie rozumiem
