Wszyscy raczej blokują chyba, że uzyskasz zgodę autora na publikację dzieła
Panoramę pewnego pięknego miasta wysyłałem 10(!) razy aż wpadłem na pomysł, że osikana ściana parkingu ma na swej powierzchni "działo sztuki". Po likwidacji poszło

We are no longer accepting images or footage for editorial use in which isolated graffiti artwork is the only or primary subject. This type of material can be accepted for commercial use only with a property release from the graffiti artist. Submissions where graffiti or street art is present but not the focus of the content may be accepted for commercial or editorial use on a case by case basis. Please note that we are not currently accepting submissions of isolated graffiti or street art for either commercial or editorial use where the content has been shot in San Francisco, California.

Content featuring isolated graffiti/street art is unacceptable for commercial use unless accompanied by a valid property release from the artist. Content where graffiti/street art is in the background, and not the focus of the content, will be evaluated for commercial use on a case by case basis.
Content featuring isolated graffiti/street art may be acceptable for editorial use where the image meets our editorial standards and is accompanied by a proper editorial caption (including the artist’s name). We will review editorial submissions on a case by case basis.
