Ja dostałem takiego maila po tym jak wczesniej wypełniłem Tax Interview.
Nie mam pojęcia gdzie tkwi błąd

Our records indicate that you didn’t complete our recent request to update and/or provide additional tax information. As a result we will be deducting an increased rate of withholding tax from your royalty payments.
You can still reduce the withholding tax rate by signing into your contributor account and click on the ‘tax interview’ link and complete the tax interview.
Per our previous communications, we are not able to refund any withholding tax that has been deducted from your payments.

Podawaliście NIP czy PESEL? może to w tym tkwi problem, albo po prostu iStockphoto dał ciała ze skryptem.

No ja też podawałem NIP i nie miałem żadnego problemu z tax interview. U mnie natomiast był problem z wybraną płatnością, wybrałem opcje i wszystko ustawiłem po czym po kilku tyg. dostałem maila, żebym wybrał metode płatności chociaż już to zrobiłem. iStockphoto ma burdel u siebie jak zwykle

Nip czy PESEL- podawałem już linki do wyjaśnienia MF (nie wiem, czy ma to znaczenie dla IRS, może mieć dla nas przy rozliczaniu podatku, chociaż pomyłka nie będzie raczej karana z UKS, tyle że trzeba będzie kiedyś wyprostować kwity).

Jak tam u was wypełnianie tego w8ben - zrobiłem to już jakiś miesiąc temu, ale ciągle mam możliwość wypełnienia Tax Interview. A sumie to nie wiem czy mi to zatwierdzili, czy można to gdzieś na koncie sprawdzić?

Mam to samo, wydaje mi się że robiłem wszystko tak jak tu opisywaliście, wpisałem Pesel bo nie prowadzę działalności, ale żadnego maila zwrotnego z potwierdzeniem nie mam, a link do tax interniew jest cały czas dostępny
